Choose How You Participate
Enjoy unlimited group activities at no additional charge with an active Research Plus or Research Elite membership.

Research Access members and external visitors can book individual activities at the price displayed during registration.

Reserve Your Place
Book at least 48 hours before your activity begins. Every participant, including members, must register in advance. Some activities have limited places or specific eligibility requirements, so explore the calendar and secure your place early.

Your place is secured once your booking is confirmed. Unlimited access allows you to attend as many eligible sessions as you wish, subject to availability, but does not guarantee admission to activities that are full or restricted.

Join From Anywhere
Participate online in interactive simulations, workshops and collaborative learning activities. Each listing includes its schedule, language, duration and preparation requirements. Check your equipment and internet connection before joining. Certificates are provided when specified in the activity description.

Manage Your Reservations
Need to change your plans? Cancel or request rescheduling at least 24 hours before your session. In your profile,. visit My Booking for individual appointments or My Activities for simulations, workshops and group sessions. When an online change is unavailable, contact microscopIA Support via our AI-based chat or send an email at contact@microscopiatech.com.

Eligible paid cancellations are refundable under the applicable booking policy. If microscopIA cancels your activity, choose a refund or an available alternative session.

Professional Conduct and Confidentiality
Our activities encourage respectful international collaboration, academic integrity, and professional development.

Participants must protect confidential information and respect intellectual property. Unauthorized recordings and redistribution of educational materials are prohibited. microscopIA will inform participants about planned recordings and obtain consent where required.
